We opened our laboratory to the public at Suzukake Science Day held on May 17 and 18.

In addition to poster presentations introducing the research activities of Saito and Tanaka Laboratories, we offered demonstrations where visitors could experience first-hand how hydraulic equipment and thermo-cameras work.

A highlight of the event was the opportunity to operate a hydraulic excavator using a professional-grade construction equipements simulator, typically used for operator training. This popular attraction was made possible again this year through the generous support of Komatsu. We would like to thank Komatsu for their cooperation.
