Associate Professor Yuki Hirata of Laboratory for Future Interdisciplinary Research of Science and Technology at Science Tokyo is strengthening collaboration with Fraunhofer IWS in Germany in research and education activities.

On 8 May, a kickoff event was held with Dr Volker Weihnacht and Dr Frank Kaufuss, where Professor Takashi Saito, the Head of Komatsu Collaborative Research Cluster, introduced the activities of Komatsu Cluster.
